Tamara was a great instructor! She assessed what I knew and my capabilities as someone new to spinning, structured our time to thoroughly cover the basics, and provided an excellent step by step introduction to spinning on both an e-spinner and wheel. She even managed our class time so well, I got to try plying and discuss the options available for potentially purchasing my own wheel and advice on what to look for. I am so glad this class was available for someone interested in spinning, too really get to try it out before jumping into the deep end!

This Clover Amour hook is very easy on the hands to hold and manipulate. I have arthritis in my wrists and I was able to use this hook for a longer period of time without feeling fatigued.
