We have reserved a luxury lodge for a weekend of knitting, crochet, spinning, weaving, and any other yarn-related craft you want to bring. Gather with a community of other makers in a tranquil retreat in the mountains of Southeast Oklahoma. Review the information below if this sounds like the perfect trip:
General Information
When
- June 6 - 8, 2025 (Friday - Sunday)
Where
- Majestic Mountain Lodge in Beavers Bend
- Broken Bow, Oklahoma
- Some amenities include a vast patio with lounge chairs, a fully-stocked game room, indoor fireplaces and outdoor firepit for cozy fireside crafting, a relaxing hot tub, and more!

Who Can Attend
- Any adult age 18+ (no minors or pets please)
- We have 20 slots available
Food
- Food will be provided
- Options to eat at restaurants in the area
- BYOB - Alcohol is welcome, but we do ask that participants conduct themselves appropriately
- If you have any dietary restrictions, please make plans to bring what you need for your meals
Activities & Goodies
- Expect some good door prizes and raffles
- We want this to be a relaxing retreat where you can work on your yarny projects, so there will be minimal scheduled activities (TBD)

Costs
- $350* per person
- Personal costs for transportation
- Money for any excursions, eating out, and souvenirs
*There will be a 3% service charge applied to all payments.
50% non-refundable deposit due at sign-up.
Remaining balance due by Sunday, April 13, 2025.
If you opt to pay the full $350 at sign-up and have to cancel for any reason, you will only be refunded 50% if you cancel by April 13, 2025.
Any cancellations after April 13, 2025 will NOT be refunded.
Remember, we only have enough room to take 20 people. Don’t wait until it’s too late!
